Workshops can be held at your yoga studio, home, retreat center or business. We also rent local facilities for our workshops to accommodate larger groups.
Rates vary according to length of workshop and venue expenses but they generally run approximately $40-$199 per person from half-day to full weekend.

Boundary Building Bootcamp
~ Saying NO without guilt ~
This intensive workshop is designed to help people-pleasers, codependents, empaths and anyone who would like to cultivate more self-confidence, healing and empowerment. This bootcamp teaches us how to apply healthy boundaries, be truly present, raise our vibrational energy and nurture self-awareness through the cultivation of self-love.
Through a combination of lessons, group discussions, guided meditations, confidence-building exercises and self-soothing techniques, we learn:
· Navigating confrontations in a healthy, authentic way without guilt or anxiety
· Identifying codependent, people-pleasing red flags in ourselves
· Identifying and managing manipulators and boundary violators
· Reading body language
· Living with more acceptance, forgiveness and less resistance
· Raising our vibrational energy to attract better Everything
· Connection between our physical bodies & its emotional messages

· The Art of Being Present
Students will take home handouts and/or reading materials. This workshop is packed with information so please bring a notebook. Feel free to wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, pillow or blanket.

Healing through SELF-LOVE
~ a very gentle bootcamp ~
When we stop listening to our internal voice, we have given our power away to external forces and have disconnected from Universal Energy. This workshop teaches us how to reconnect to that energy, to honor ourselves and regain trust in our decision-making and our instincts.
Challenges such as illness, trauma and depression can be transformed if approached from a place of non-resistance and self-love. This intensive (but gentle) workshop is designed to cultivate and nurture that self-love and put us on the path to healing and empowerment.
Through a combination of lessons, group discussions, guided meditations, confidence-building exercises and self-soothing techniques, we discover that the path to self-awareness and unconditional self-love is only steps away.

Healing Narcissistic Abuse
a mildly intense but extremely healing 2-DAY Workshop (mornings)
Anyone with long-term exposure to a narcissist can experience trauma, depression, severely damaged self-esteem, and CPTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. As a result, we (people-pleasers, codependents, empaths - the preferred targets of narcissists) become confrontation-avoidant, untrusting of ourselves and our instincts. We stifle our voices, overcommit, suffer from feeling emotionally toyed-with, allow our boundaries to collapse and can eventually lose ourselves entirely. In order to heal, we must fully understand this disorder and our role in the narcissistic/codependent dance. Once we discover how we attract this type of behavior, we can find compassion, forgiveness, raise our self-esteem and vibrational energy, which brings us to a place of true healing.
Through a combination of lessons, group discussions, guided meditations, confidence-building exercises, deep narcissistic and codependent examination and self-soothing practices, we learn about:

Staying Safe in Relationships
(Recognizing predators, controllers & abusers and how to handle them)
Are you a magnet for Stalkers? Controllers? Narcissists? Gossips? Bullies? Abusers? If so, this workshop is for you and is intended to transform your relationships with romantic partners, coworkers, neighbors, relatives, random strangers, and most importantly, with yourself.
Our energy is responsible for what we attract in the world and we can improve what we call into our lives by changing and uplifting our energy patterns, thought processes, and behaviors.
In this informative workshop, you’ll learn:
